The main challenge of this project was to showcase how natural skincare, made with high-quality ingredients, is far superior to the synthetic, mass-produced alternatives that often harm the skin. I needed to portray this in a visually appealing way, addressing the concerns of a world where many people are accustomed to skincare products that resemble paint or plastic, thanks to unrealistic trends promoting cheap, mass-produced items. However, this was an exciting challenge for me, as it perfectly aligns with my specialization—highlighting the true beauty, authenticity, and effectiveness of natural products. To emphasize their purity, I combined clean, soft aesthetics with green tones, white section backgrounds, and crisp custom borders. I also incorporated photographs of Serena’s beautiful, authentic garden and workspace to highlight the artisanal, professional, and high-quality nature of everything she creates, from start to finish.
Overall, I really enjoyed working with Serena. Our personalities gelled well, allowing us to create something of high standard at a comfortable pace. It was a great experience, and it reaffirmed an important lesson: when you have something truly good, stand by it. Specialize in what you do best, and the authenticity of your product or service will stand the test of time.
